It’s NOT about chocolate bunnies,
baskets, eggs, or brand new  clothes~
(Although it’s true…I surely do
Enjoy celebrating with those)~
It’s NOT jelly beans or the marshmallow treats
(candy sweets that I like to consume)~
It’s the mercy of CHRIST
And His great SACRIFICE
And His VICTORY…over the tomb!~
It’s the glorious story of JESUS
And God’s LOVE
that compelled Him to give~
His own SON to die
For my sins so that I’d
Be forgiven and able to LIVE~
For FOREVER with them…
Up in heaven on high
Yes, for me…
He hung there on the tree!~
IT’S REDEMPTION
SALVATION…
AND SANCTIFICATION
As I bow down
Before calvary…~
It’s SUBMISSION to GOD
It’s COMMITMENT  to Christ
It’s NEW LIFE…
Yes, that’s “EASTER” to me!

Testify and tell
Everyone of Christ’s
